ANYONE CAN ADOPT CHILDREN AND THEY DO. EVEN THOSE THAT CAN'T SUPPORT THEMSELVES,CAN ADOPT CHILDREN. THERE ARE WAYS TO GET AROUND THE "SYSTEM" AND PEOPLE ACTUALLY,SUPPORT THEMSELVES BY GETTING SEVERAL ADOPTEES. IT'S QUITE A LUCRATIVE BUSINESS,THIS BABY SELLING RACKET.
