Ali, that is a terrific idea for your children. It teachs them the joy of giving from a very young age. I have heard great things about Hands Of Hope charity in Guatemala. If you do a google search you can read all about this clinic that a husband and wife team opened for the people of Guatemala so that they may have basic medical care.
