Well we got home from court.
The are doing the staffing on Dec21st and changing the goal to TPR!!!!!
of course I know we still have a ways to go but at least I will feel better when that happens.
Our next court date is MArch 15th if they do not go back sooner.They also are not going reccomend allowing an extension for mom. And the older brother(which is with his biograndma) they are going to do TPR next motnh and give her gardianship of him.
