Our case worker returned from vacation on the 30th, is it too soon to ask for an update??? I e-mailed her on the 30 th requesting an update of any kind. Since Jun we have been waiting for a video of our girl as the one that we got in May did not work she said that it was not done properly to be compatible with the DVD's here.
I am frustrated with our agency right now.
We are "stuck" with them with no reaccreditation, they are trying to work under an accredited agency but looks like that agency cannot get their paperwork straight, the might not work in the region our girl is in, she don't answer e-mails (soon enough for me I guess within 3-5 days) or answer phone calls on the same time frame and of course don't have an answer to way they still dont have their reaccreditations, video, update on our girl or medical questions we sent
and I just dont understand why I cannot let them go and move to another agency. I guess I have faith that maybe "tomorrow" will be the day for the good news. Is it too much to ask what is going on? Is it bad to ask for a video promissed over 5 mo ago?
