We contacted an attorney, but he told us that a judge wouldn't even her the case until we have been married at least a year ( to show stable home enviorment). It's very unfair in our opinion, but good luck. The post adoption visitation thing is only if the court decides that it would be "detremental to the childs well being to not have the bio in his/her life"
