I would think it would depend on WHY she missed the visit. I mean, if it was a mis-communication, I wouldn't think that should be held against her. She could have had a problem with transportation, could have been sick ect ect. If she has been faithfully visiting the child, I would highly doubt that she just "blew off" this visit.
