Single Parent Adoption from China
I am seeking information for a friend who is interested in adopting from China as a single parent. She fits all of the age requirements, etc. and is a professor (so would satisfy many agencies requirements for additional education, etc. for singles).
Because of the quota for singles, many agencies are not currently taking applications for singles. Do you know of any that are? And, does anyone have (recent) experience adopting as a single mother from China?
