There are obviously differences between adoption and having a child through pregnancy. There are positives and negatives to both.

Adoptions can be mired up in red tape, bio-parents changing their minds, dealing with foster care, etc.

From what I have heard, some women love being pregnant and some just tolerate it. Me, I am just hoping that the morning sickness stops soon.

Both adoption and pregnancy are a means to an end, that end being the growth and development of a family and the growth and development of children in that family.
