Looking for birth mother

I was born in Brooklyn, NY USA in or around June 1958.
My birthmother, as I was told came from Ireland, and gave me up to a Dr. Fishman in Brooklyn. I got the name of Gallagher as my birth Mother, but that is not verified, my adoption was arranged and never registered with the State of NY, Illegal.
My adopted family was great during my childhood, but I need to find my birth mother or any information on her.
Both of my adopted parents are deceased, and I had a very good life and have no regrets.
