My dad adopted my oldest sister when she was 2. She is 6 years older than I am and my mom told me when I was 17. I never suspected a thing and to this day (20yrs later) could care less if my dad is not her bdad, I couldn't possibly love her more I didn't care when I was 17 either I loved her just the same.
