I have been in contact with a person that handles the US Fundraising for an orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, called the Ky Quang II Orphanage. To make a long story short, there was a baby abandoned at three weeks of age that was later diagnosed with Downs Syndrome. His needs are more than the orphanage can endure and his attending Physician believes that he would fare much better if he could placed outside of Vietnam. Would anyone be interested in adopting this baby or does anyone know of someone that would like to adopt a baby with special needs? If so, please post and I can inquire further about baby Thien.
