We had a baby shower thrown for Isaac when he was about 2 months old. That took care of introducing many of our friends to him that we don't see very often. For his finalization our adopted grandma (yes...we adopted some friends to be local grandparents) came with us to the courthouse and then she took us out to McDonalds. My dd got to choose the location! LOL She had a picture frame for us to use that says, "for this child I prayed," a book for Isaac that we put photographs in and some stuff for our daughter. That's all we did. No big celebrations here!
