My husband and I are interested in these 3 agnecies:

We are interested in adopting a baby girl, and want a ethical, efficient agency. We are not in a "rush" to adopt, but we don't want some drawn out process over 2 years. We are in the NYC area, is it important to work with an agency that is more local?
