If you request non-identifying info, it will just give you general information and not give you names or where they live. In many cases, it doesn't give a lot of info.
If you request identifying info, you only get it if your birthmother or birthfather have registered, looking for you. Then they'll match you up and give you each others name. But if only your mother has registered, you'd only get her name and address. Not your father's. He would have to register separately.
You could try to get both. If you only get the non-identifying, then you could use the confidential intermediary program if you wanted to speed things up a little. Indiana has that program.
