Fortunately for you, the fact that biofather has missed so many of the scheduled visitations will probably force the judge to find another case to use for his/her crusade. It doesn't sound like this biofather is holding up his end of the deal. I'm sure this is incredibly stressful for you but it sounds like the stars are aligning in your favor. Be patient. Is there a time limit to how long the judge is giving this guy to establish a connection with the child? This "visitation" thing can't go on indefinitely. Missed 'proctored' visits are a waste of everyone's time and yours and taxpayers money.
