I am so sorry for your situation. I feel very concerned for you. Does this mean bfather will get visitation or does this judge believe the child should be raised by the bfather, although the child is obviously bonded to you? If the latter is the case, the Court is very misguided. What happened to the best interest of the child standard. From what I understand, once you have the child, you are on a level playing field with a biological parent. I will pray for your family. Please let us know future updates.
