www.radzebra.org. I don't know the states involved, but there are parents involved with ADN that have lived adoption nightmares, disruptions, and the child support issues etc. She may be able to point you in the direction of some help.
Sorry you are dealing with this. It's horrible that this child and your family were put into this situation.
