Poolside's answer is right. The Bio - father's rights were terminated.. Legally and according to his BC (I assume it was altered) you are his father... and so you are the one to pay support.
You can try to see if you can terminate your rights.. but usually you cant just terminate your parental rights just so you dont have to pay child support.
