Guatemalan Recipes on Noggin

I was just watching Noggin w/ my son. In between Miffy and Dora came a show called Cooking For Kids With Luis. Luis is a little boy from Guatemala (he lives in Australia with his family). He made Guatemala Cheesecake. I was so excited that I immediately went to the Noggin website. It seems that Luis is going to make a few other dishes, too. The recipes are also posted on the website. Future recipes are Empanadas, Fruit Kebabs, and Tortilla Frenzy. I had a hard time finding the recipes but if you go to the shows section, Cooking with Luis is the very last one. I am so excited! Here is a little blip of how Noggin describes the show:
Join the culinary adventures of Luis, a young chef from down under with an infectious enthusiasm for food. In his bow-tied apron, our adorable host guides us through the cooking process from start to finish, reminding us how to be safe and, above all, to have fun! In Luis’ world, the kitchen becomes a learning playground, where kids can take ownership of the cooking process and develop confidence in their own abilities. Look for these shorts every day during NOGGIN's Snack Time series.
