Val - My husband and I are just getting started with our home study and we've received the same advice as lmvsmom is offering. Apparently from what we've been told there isn't any single source that is 100% reliable to confirm when and how laws will impact those of us who are early in the process. We're really interested in adopting from Guatemala and I think we're going to keep going and keep the faith that it will work out
