I haven't used them, but our first adoption was a case where a reputable agency started a new program and got stuck with a terrible lawyer. If there was such a thing in El Salvador, we would've done it. We did seek outside counsel and after having a bizarre day where we were told no court date for two weeks and then 30 minutes later given a court date, we did ask another Atty to verify the story for us.
Anyway, long way of saying, if you can afford it, I would do it in a heartbeat.
