I would get myself on a waiting list RIGHT NOW! Single slots get taken very fast and they wait to get a spot can be 2 years!! There is also the Waiting Child program which does not have a list. I am going through this program. WC is where children have mild correctable or already corrected medical needs. Some children have something simple and cosmectic like a birth mark to cleft lip and or palates. If you would like more info please PM me.
