Happy Birthday Maddox!
Well technically it is October 3rd in Russia and that means it is our son's 1st birthday!  I'm just sad that I can't be with him on this day, I guess the only comfort I can have is that he doesn't know the difference at his age! 
We just thought for sure we would have him home for his birthday when we first met him on June 29th.
We hope to get a court date very soon, hopefully we will have one in less than 2 weeks. I hope we can travel before October's end.
