To try and answer your question, I would verify that the following are in your packet of papers (with the English translation attached):
Original birth certificate
New birth certificate with your name(s) on it
Final adoption decree
PGN Protocolo
We also received copies of:
POA
Social worker report
Family court ruling
DNA report
This should all be in a packet for you to keep. Our attorney went through the whole thing with us when we went through the paperwork needed for the embassy visit.
