My daughter has 2 middle names and it has really been no problem. At first I wasn't sure what to do about the middle initial thing, but I decided to just use the first letter of the "first middle" name. I have seen people drop their middle names when marrying and keeping their maiden names so who knows what she'll choose.
As a benefit, she knows when she is really in trouble, I can use 4 names instead of just 3!
