ORDER
Now, comes Parent filing motion name II herein called (Petitioner/ Respondnet) and other parents name NAME herein called ( Petitioner/Respondent) to ask the Court to grant the following agreed upon order. After hearing the testimony of the parties and having examined the Court file the Court Orders that:
1. Both parties have agreed to these terms amiably without coercion by any party and fully understand the terms of this order. As such the attorneys in this matter have been/are withdrawn and in the best interest of the children, Parties will proceed in this matter pro-se.
2. Respondent irrevocably relinquishes his parental rights so that (Petitioner Respondent) husband may adopt the minor children. Respondent fully realizes that he is forever relinquishing all rights to the children.
