Every kid is different. My 16 year old has aspergers as well, however he will go to college and live on his own. He will have problems, but he will do OK. He is very high functioning. He is super, super smart, but still gets some B's in school because some subjects are not interesting to him so he doesnt' bother to turn in the work.
