We had a great experience. We submitted our dossier in June 2008 and got our referral in September 2008. Our daughter was 4 months old when we got the referral.

First of all I think it's important to acknowledge the fact that you are supportive about having your husband connect with his daughter given the fact that she was raised by her birth mother.
